All of our Vietnamese candies are handcrafted, vegan and gluten-free. They have a very subtle, lightly sweetened flavor and are crunchy on the outside, and have a soft jelly texture on the inside.

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of allergens. All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp.
As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has its own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary. They do not always look like you see in the photo.

Disclaimer:

During the warmer months, especially when shipping to regions with higher temperatures, you may notice that the candies start to sweat or develop condensation. This sweating is a natural phenomenon caused by changes in temperature and humidity during transit and does not affect the quality or taste of the candies. Please do not panic if this occurs. Simply remove the candies from their packaging, place them on a plate or tray, and allow them to air out for a day or two.  Once they have had time to adjust to the room temperature, they will return to their original state and be just as delicious as ever. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

What is “The Jewel”?

“The Jewel” is a handmade edible crystal candy made from various plant based ingredients. Our “Jewels” are designed to look like a gemstone, with a crispy outer shell and a soft center.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we now ship worldwide. Our shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location, everything will be calculated at checkout.

Can I customize my order?

We have a variety of flavors which can be chosen for your order. These include Lychee, Mango, Guava, Passionfruit, Grapefruit, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple and Pear, Pineapple, Mixed Berries and Key Lime.

Are The Jewels good as gifts?

They make ideal gifts! Each Jewel is packaged in an acrylic box and makes for a unique gift for birthdays, weddings or any other special occasion.

NOTE: AFTER ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, THE CARRIER IS THEREFORE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TOWARDS THE PACKAGE, for ex. candy opened, candy melted, incorrect delivery address, if item is "delivered" but you haven't received the package, etc.

• There are no refunds, returns or exchanges given for edible products - all sales are final. Any issues with packages in shipping need to be handled with the shipping company (UPS, USPS). Once your order leaves our hands, we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items or packages. We highly recommend opting for package protection which is offered at check out. This service ensures coverage in case your package is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. By declining this service, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost stolen or damaged packages. • Issues with damaged items should be addressed within 48 hours.
