Silky Gem® draws inspiration from Vietnamese Lunar New Year traditions, where sweets are shared with guests alongside tea as a gesture of hospitality, celebration, and good fortune.
One of those traditions is Mứt Rau Câu — an agar-based crystallized sweet with a delicate exterior and soft center. Silky Gem takes inspiration from that heritage and reimagines it through modern flavors, vibrant colors, sculptural shapes, and an unmistakable crystal-candy crunch.
