Processing and delivery are separate: The estimates below describe transit time after your package has been handed to the carrier. Your order must be processed before it ships, so the full time to receive your order includes both processing and shipping. See our Shipping Policy for current processing guidance and additional details.

Delivery Estimates

Domestic (US): Once handed to the carrier, shipping typically takes 3-10 business days depending on your location.
International: Delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks, but can be longer depending on your local customs processing.

Shipping Rates & Protection

Free Shipping: Available for US residents on orders of $65 and over.
Package Protection: We highly recommend selecting package protection at checkout.
Why it matters: Once a package leaves our Gaithersburg facility, the carrier (USPS/UPS) is responsible for it. Protection ensures coverage if your package is lost, stolen, or destroyed during transit.

Important Logistics

Multiple Shipments: Due to high demand, some items may be mailed separately. You will receive tracking for each individual package.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to reship it, but the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs.
International Fees: Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred upon delivery in their home country.

Hours: Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm.
Closed: Saturday, Sunday, and all major holidays
