The Sweethearts Crystal Box was originally crafted as a limited-run special to celebrate our four-year anniversary, Valentine’s Day, and Lunar New Year—a tribute to where Silky Gem began. Before the growth and the warehouses, this was how our Treasure Box and Gemmies were originally made—and after such an incredible community response, we aren't ready to say goodbye just yet!
We’ve decided to extend this collection for a limited time, giving everyone a chance to enjoy these nostalgic shapes and aromatic flavors. During the warmer months, especially when shipping to regions with higher temperatures, you may notice that the candies start to sweat or develop condensation. This sweating is a natural phenomenon caused by changes in temperature and humidity during transit and does not affect the quality or taste of the candies. Please do not panic if this occurs. Simply remove the candies from their packaging, place them on a plate or tray, and allow them to air out for a day or two. Once they have had time to adjust to the room temperature, they will return to their original state and be just as delicious as ever. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Because we use real fruits, you will notice different levels of softness and crunchiness across the collection—while some have a signature crispness, others are more delicate. Please note that they may not always look exactly like the photo, as every box is a unique, handmade reflection of the natural ingredients we use.
